Covid-19 Protocols
With the number of covid-19 cases in New Hampshire increasing so much in the last couple of weeks we want to remind everyone of our protocols here as well as add a couple of other precautions to help everyone stay healthy and help us stay open. Below are our safety protocols. We will amend them as needed as things hopefully improve in the near future.
First, please make sure that you are only attending the classes you are signed up for. If you need to switch let us know and we'll do everything in our power to accommodate. If you are unsure of your class days/times feel free to check in. Please promptly let us know if you intend to drop a class day or time as well, so we can make space for other athletes who wish to use those times.
We also want to remind everyone to please bring your own water (large bottles/containers!) as we are not using the shared water cooler. Also, bring your own small towel to clean up with (we provide the cleaning solutions). This will make keeping the facility clean much easier for us and safer for the athletes than sharing cleaning rags.
An important reminder that we will be enforcing our gap between sessions. This means that we are asking all athletes to arrive no more than 10 minutes early for warm-ups. Also, please be prepared to pick up your athletes after 1 hour and 20 minutes from the official start times. This will help us avoid large crowds in the facility as we transition from one group to the next.
There are a couple of new protocols that we are asking you to comply with as well. The first is that we're asking everyone (including the athletes) to wear masks in the facility. We understand that this isn't optimal comfort for athletes but this could be crucial to preventing the spread of covid. Most masks do not adversely affect breathing/oxygen uptake and are safe for exercise. We do understand that they get hot, and we'll encourage athletes to take mask breaks at a safe distance from one another during water breaks as needed.
Finally, we're asking athletes (or parents on their behalf) to fill out a covid-19 screening form before each visit to our facility. It is only 2 questions and should take less than a minute to complete. You can save the link in your bookmarks or, leave the page open in a tab and refresh each visit, but it is also available on our website via the menu (top right corner).
Thank you all in advance for helping to keep the Complete Athlete operational and helping all of our athletes improve while keeping everyone safe!
