Speed is one of sport’s most desired qualities. At CA, athletes are first evaluated to identify mechanical flaws and weaknesses. The athlete is then progressed through technique, flexibility, core and strength exercises designed to enhance: (click on each category)

Strictly Speed is a 60 minute, One-on-One (or small-group) session.


$50 per session

(save 10% with purchase of 8+ sessions and/or groups of 3-5)
